Note: Someone who want to Practice Kundalini Awakening or Want to Achieve Truth has to Accept some Conditions. First One must Unlearn Everything learned one know to be. Second the Blind Faith, beliefs, bookish knowledge etc has to be perished from mind. Third the Ego and mind has to die. Forth also let go things like past, future, anger, desire, lust, fear, hatred, guilty, depression, lies, illusion, attachments etc. Fifth let the Thirst of Seeking fall, Seek no more, seek only inside, just relax, be calm, let mind fall and hear the silence within.
The Cosmic Vehicle Of Trinity Consist of three parts which is practiced by his disciples, students, followers and also common people seeking liberation or a happy and blissful life.
1) Cosmic Initiational Affirmations: whenever Cosmic initiate someone, they are advised to live by some lines and use them in whatever problems, obstacles, or situations they face in daily life to solve it, more appropriately End Them.
A) "Nothing is in Control, and you Control Nothing" - Noone can control things and situations, and must not try to control them either. trying to control things or situations your way is expecting things to be your way, which will only give you disappointments in life. "Expect Nothing, Accept Everything". Nothing is in Control, and you Control Nothing, by controlling nothing you control everything. Life is Unexpected and things are inevitable, and that's the beauty of life, and one must accept that beauty to get in-tune with the essence of it's being. This is the true essence of one being, where there lie no comparison or competition, right or wrong in anything. The practice make one more satisfied and provide better way of living with joy and bliss.
B) "Let it Go, Let it Be, Let it Flow, Just Be" - these four set of small words are applied in situation, obstacles and problems in life, either to move on from them, letting them be as it is or Forgiveness (Forgive - Forget - Let Go). These words teach the practitioner to free of all boundations and remain unattached and cosmic says, one must keep moving and flowing like a river, and learn from it. Let the life be like the river in every situation flow as they are, doesn't matter they hurt you, accept them as the edges or banks of river, and keep moving with flow even after defeats and falls in life in every situations, even the waterfalls are beautiful, accept them and be patience. Moving and flowing nature of river always ends in a larger water body, say sea or ocean. In the same way, will the situations and problems of one will perish into a greater Joy. sometimes these words are used as a one and sometimes separately for facing different situations, for Example Just Be can be used as Just Be Calm, Just Be Yourself, Just Be in Present, Just Be Patient, Just Be etc etc.
C) "Faith & Devotion towards Universe" - whoever is imitated by Cosmic is given a name(Universe or Bhram) for practicing devotion toward it and completely surrendering his mind, body and soul to the whole existence of Universe. faith and devotion of the practitioner must be determined and practitioner is advised to be still and unshaken like a mountain in earthquake and storm, doesn't matter how tough the situation get. It is type of sadana and advised not to do it without proper guidance and until the right time for the practitioner is chosen by Cosmic or any other master whoever guide people. A Master decides, what is right and when is right for the practitioner to adopt a practice, one can adopt whatever one want to, but he will responsible for his actions and consequences and remember you are free to choose but not free from consequences.
2) Cosmic Surrenderness: these are some practical practices for those who are initiated or whoever want to practice them. These Practices must be sown with Seed of Accepting nothing in return and surrendering to them completely with whole existence of one's being from deep inside of soul. Cosmic says, The act must come just as a refection of being from inside, reflecting your inner light to light others soul too, which can be achieved by freeing your soul from all boundations, inner as well as outer (materialistic).
A) "Gratitude: Be Grateful to Everything" - This is practice of being Grateful to everything & Everyone and show our Gratitude to the Universe and Existence. This practice is daily practice. Gratitude must come pure heart from deep inside without any intention of anything, only then can the true essence of gratitude can be obtained or achieved. one who achieve this become a blissful and satisfied being. one must be grateful and thankful to everything one has or possess. one must be grateful to not only good things that are happening to one or has happened but also to the bad and worse problems one has faced or is facing, knowing that he is result of all those circumstances he has faced and that they all played a role in his or her development and transformation of person is at present.
B) "Be Love, Be Kind, Be Compassionate" - Be Love, states one must be love and must love everyone as one love oneself and even beyond by being selfless toward everyone. Be Kind, states one must be kind to everyone and his or her all acts must carry essence of kindness within them. Be Compassionate, states to be compassionate to everyone in every situation. one must carry the essence of being love, kindness and compassion toward everyone, doesn't matter even if it is service to other or someone. Love, kindness and compassion must not depend on the actions of other or any criticization, or anybody's behavior, just be love, kind and compassionate, and let it flow through you and heal whatever you touch.
C) "Make Each Moment Creative and Celebrate Every Moment" - everybody in this world is creative, but the essence of creativity is lost within a lot of people now a day, not because they lack creativity but because they have being limited by beliefs, faiths, words, people opinions, thoughts etc. one is bounded by all these things which destroy the creativity of one and one lost his or her true essence of being oneself and loses his or her nature of self being. One must learn to celebrate every moment. one must make his every action and work a celebration and accept the joy and happiness one is deservent of. death is inevitable, one must understand that and accept that death will come soon not far away and one will be gone soon, so he or she can live like one is going to die tomorrow so he or she can live daily to a fully extend of one self-being. Most importantly the perception of death must be lost inside ones heart so life can take rebirth through the one again, so each moment can become celebration, so he or she can die daily and be born daily as a new being to live up the greatest extend, lost in joy, happiness and bliss.
D) "Let your Acts be Intentionless & Purposeless" - Actions of everyone must be intentionless and purposeless, with no intention of expecting any thing or fruits from his or her action, holding no purpose, being purposeless. only such acts which neither have any intention or purpose is pure and true. such person can never be bound by illusion of karma. people serve and do service to people through out their life but always expecting fruits in return for their services and always turn out to be disappointed. because the act of service too, should be intentionless, else they mistaken into misconception.
E) "Desirelessness and Inner Detachment" - one must achieve the state of desirelessness where the desire of one perish in nothingness. desires can cause one to suffer for a long time and drag him or her into a long run of suffering. Desire give rise to Attachments. Desire and Attachments must be known from their root and perished. Doesn't Matter even one is Surrounded by things people consider to be medium of pleasure, but one must always remain detached inside, that whats matters.
3) Cosmic Meditations: Their are hundreds of meditation Cosmic teaches but People initiated into Kundalini Awakening are advised to limited numbers of Meditation. Cosmic choose different meditation or practices for different people, for not the same meditation is beneficial for everybody. So He have to Choose the best meditation or practice for people to achieve the kundalini awakening for increasing the process of transformation of one in achieving the Truth. Some of the most common meditation Cosmic choose are:
A) Naval Meditation for Centerization, Dhisa-ju Meditation for Balance Chakras etc
B) Lu-Sha-Ni Kundalini Meditation, Affari Kundalini Meditation and Breathing Kundalini etc
C) Awareness of being, Vippassana, ZaZen etc
Meditation:
Cosmic eplains meditation as total absorbance into nothingness, which envokes the divine self of one state. Cosmic is GrandMaster Level ((Shihan) Reiki Healer, who can initiate, teach, and train others into the art of Reiki. Cosmic learned kung fu from his Master Xian Sai Chung as his disciple. He has now Mastered Many Different types and Styles of Martial Arts. He teaches people different Martial Arts.
